The interior design for the Sapura Research project focuses on creating a modern, functional, and corporate research facility. The overall aesthetic is clean and minimalist, utilizing a neutral color palette of greys, whites, and light wood tones. The reception area is designed to be professional and welcoming, featuring a streamlined desk with a frosted glass front and grey accents, set against a backdrop of metallic grey and a bold red feature wall that adds a touch of corporate branding. The open-plan workspace is efficient, with rows of modular workstations featuring low blue fabric partitions to balance privacy and collaboration, complemented by a suspended grid ceiling with standard fluorescent lighting. Meeting and conference rooms are equipped with large, light wood tables and ergonomic black office chairs, designed for formal discussions and presentations, with simple window treatments to control natural light. Corridors and circulation spaces are kept uncluttered, with carpeted flooring in a dark blue pattern that adds visual interest and durability for high-traffic areas. The design aims to project an image of technological competence and focused productivity.
