The design achieves a unique blend of rustic warmth and industrial chic, utilizing a material palette that includes polished concrete floors, clean white walls, and extensive warm-toned natural wood for furniture and overhead pergolas. The atmosphere is energetic and layered with cultural details: a prominent mosaic tiled floor pattern defines the central dining area, contrasted by large chalkboard murals featuring hand-drawn coffee and menu graphics that reinforce the Kopitiam's identity. Traditional elements are integrated through lighting, featuring ornate, classic lanterns and soft, glowing spherical pendant lights, while large decorative panels and banners displaying traditional Batik patterns add vibrant cultural color and texture to the otherwise neutral palette. The space utilizes a double-volume ceiling and features a mezzanine level, accessible by a prominent industrial-style staircase, maximizing seating capacity and providing dynamic views.
